What is weighing you down? The cosmic shift that recently came in & shook you out of your comfort zone onto new levels cannot bring you any further until you release what you've been dragging behind. Deep down you know this to be true, but you might not want to face it because of ego based reasons.
Perhaps its pride, fear, or feeling that its incomplete & that you can still do more to salvage it. No, this is not the case & you will only be faced with resistance & frustration if you hold onto what the Universe is asking you to leave behind.
You cannot bring in the blessings & new opportunities for growth that are waiting for you if you're too busy trying to fix something that is meant to break & slip away.
Leave the old behind & focus on the new.
I know that is easier said than done. Nothing that we once poured our all into is so easily left behind. This does take some convincing & time to complete. You can't just do it over night & expect to be released just like that. No one snaps their fingers & expects to be taken into a new phase or life era. It'd be nice. But that's not realistic.
Everything is done at the pace that best suits us. Sometimes big changes take place in the blink of an eye but the residual effect of moving on takes time. So don't rush, go at your own pace to ensure you can move forward with confidence. Feel empowered & capable as you boldly step forward.
Sometimes things will come back to us as well wanting to be renewed. After letting things go we can grasp a better understanding of our place in it & what it is supposed to bring us. For example you can better understand a past lover & their needs as well as how well you fit together & what you can accomplish together. When dealing with other stresses that took your mind away from the relationship it can be hard to find common ground or to appreciate a connection. So with releasing the things that took us away from something special we can now renew what we need to.
If you feel you're in this position then pause for a moment & reflect at what you have to work with, what you are struggling with & what you can release. Then plan accordingly.
