Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my first reading?
If you had signed up before the 20th, you will receive your first reading by the 27th which will be directed to the following month. If you had signed up after the 20th, then your first reading will be directed towards the month after.
For example: Sign up date was on or before December 20th, 2020 - First reading will be sent by December 27th, 2020 and will be focused on the month of January 2021. If sign up date was December 23rd, 2020, then your first reading will be focused on February 2021.

How do I cancel my Subscription?
Simply fill out the Cancel My Subscription form at least one week before your next payment is due. You can also cancel through PayPal and email will be submitted by them on your behalf.
What if my payment doesn't go through, will my subscription automatically cancel?
Yes, your subscription will automatically cancel after one missed, skipped or declined payment. You can always re-subscribe in the future to continue your monthly readings. Just be sure to subscribe before the 20th of the month for the reading to be focused on the following month.
I can't find my reading
Your reading will be sent by the 27th to the email you had entered into the Information Intake form in a PDF attachment from readingsbyeva84@gmail.com. Check your spam folder in case you cannot find it in your general box. If by chance you cannot find it, do not hesitate to contact me and I will gladly resend it.
